Shipping process and policies
True North Cargo provides delivery services for Premier Furniture Collections.
When Premier Furniture Collections has processed your order, they will forward your information to True North Cargo who will then contact you and arrange the date and time with you. Your purchase will be delivered within 7 – 10 days.
Prior to delivery, ensure that there is adequate room to maneuver the furniture around doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators. If the products cannot fit, True North Cargo will not be responsible for taking back items and, you must pay for that delivery. True North does offer hoist services at an additional charge.
At the time of delivery, True North Cargo will unwrap and inspect all of your products prior to leaving. Please inspect your furniture along with them before signing off on it. If there are any discrepancies when you receive your product, please email us at customerservice@premierfurniture.ca or call 1-877-875-3149.
Installation and furniture removal services are offered at an extra cost which is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with True North Cargo for a specific quote regarding furniture removal.
